How an engagement starts
Most work begins with a short conversation about the system, the deadline and who is accountable for it. If we are a fit, you get a written scope with deliverables, access needs and a decision point before any larger commitment. If we are not, we say so.
A useful first message names the system, what it does today, what has changed, and the date by which something has to be true. You do not need a specification; that is what the conversation is for. We will tell you whether the work is an audit, a build, a migration or an incident response, and who from our side would own it.
